Charming place! Great decor and ambiance. Servers were attentive without being overbearing. I had the mushroom quesadillas dipped in birria consume, nice and light!

Really cute and cozy restaurant! We stopped for dinner during our trip and really enjoyed it. The torta ahogada de birria is SO good. The consome was flavorful and the birria was very tender. We also got their daily special which was a chile en nogada. It was amazing. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet and the flavors came together really well. The lemonade was made fresh as well.

This was genuinely a life-changing meal. We came for the birria, and sure enough it was the best birria I've ever had, by far. I generally try to get it with beef, as I don't like the taste of goat, but this goat was fantastic. It was the first time in my entire life where I actually liked goat meat, which in itself deserves an automatic 5 stars. The classic birria is great, but I'd recommend getting the "special" birria plate. The meat is served separately from the broth, because they give it more time in the oven to make it more crispy. It's amazing. What an introduction to Guadalajara this was. I tried hundreds upon hundreds of restaurants across Mexico, and this one is surely among the best.

A true delight, very good food, beautiful Mexican decor, good service. Had the grilled chicken which included Mexican rice, potato wedges, mixed vegetables, and tortillas. All the food was fresh, well prepared, and delicious.

Gorgeous spot with amazing food and drinks. We had a group of six which have varying requirements for what they would enjoy flavour wise (mild-extremely spicy) and everyone walked away blown away with how delightful the food and drinks were. Friendly service and as someone who loves watching people cook to learn from them, it was awesome to be able to see into the kitchen and watch our meals be prepared from where we sat. Thank you!

Outstanding Birria! Local friends say, one of the best in Guadalajara. Meat was so tender and the consume was so flavorful, I ate the whole bowl. This will be a must stop every time we’re in Guadalajara. Tried the Cazuelita con tequila, so good so dangerous.
